Took Tuli back and saw Ashley and Lucas’ new house for the first time. Garners arrived just as we got back, Molly, Daphne, and Lynn shortly after. Took everyone to the carnival and let the kids go crazy. Random thought: zendrenaline junkie

Ashley dropped off Tuli and we went up to Guard Shore. Nice little spot. Isla and Tuli chatted non-stop. Finished Gathering Blue before we headed to the carnival. Biked there and let Isla and Tuli run around by themselves. Biked back after dark by cell phone light with LED flower crowns for the girls.

Said goodbye to the Squiggses and watched the Cassidy Hutchinson Jan. 6 hearing. Finished Northlanders and went out to the Island House. Met the new owners of Ms. Margarets and got a tour of the store. Started watching Forrest Gump with Isla but had to stop halfway through.

Finished Oyster War, a gift from S-Man, in the morning. Made it out to the beach and had a great time. Found two horseshoe crabs, one huge one with limpets attached to its shell. Isla touched the mouth and carried one. No carnival tonight so played Celebrity.

Tried to go to the beach but motor wasn’t peeing properly. I thought that the hose might have been pushed inside the motor housing, but was shot down at the dock. I took the hood off after we got the boat back home, found the errant hose, and fixed the problem in seconds. We will…
