Finished “Messenger” (third book in Giver series) this morning. Took the gang up to Assateague because Daphne wanted to see the lighthouse. Got the crew moving bright and early and headed for Dawson’s. My first time piloting without Mom or Dad. Fixed an issue with the motor not peeing and met the 2nd boat (Greg’s) at Wachapreague marina. Took Tuli back and saw Ashley and Lucas’ new house for the first time. Garners arrived just as we got back, Molly, Daphne, and Lynn shortly after. Took everyone to the carnival and let the kids go crazy. Random thought: zendrenaline junkie

Ashley dropped off Tuli and we went up to Guard Shore. Nice little spot. Isla and Tuli chatted non-stop. Finished Gathering Blue before we headed to the carnival. Biked there and let Isla and Tuli run around by themselves. Biked back after dark by cell phone light with LED flower crowns for the girls.

Said goodbye to the Squiggses and watched the Cassidy Hutchinson Jan. 6 hearing. Finished Northlanders and went out to the Island House. Met the new owners of Ms. Margarets and got a tour of the store. Started watching Forrest Gump with Isla but had to stop halfway through.
